Mental Health Monday: You Can Feel More Than One Thing at Once. You can be doing well and still have hard days. You can feel grateful and overwhelmed. I’ve learned how important it is to accept emotions as they come, without trying to sort them into “good” or “bad.” You don’t have to have it all figured out to be moving forward.

Mental Health Monday: This Conversation Matters Beyond May. With Mental Health Awareness Month here, it’s a reminder of how important these conversations are but they shouldn’t be limited to just one month. Through Minds Matter – CALM: Challenge, Accept, Listen, Manage, my goal is to make mental health something we talk about openly, consistently, and without stigma. What started as me opening up about my own anxiety and panic attacks has turned into a weekly space for conversations about mental wellness, encouragement, and real life coping tools. Through Minds Matter - CALM: Challenge, Accept, Listen, Manage, I hope these Mondays remind you that your mental health matters and you’re never alone. See you Monday.

Mental Health Monday: You Never Know What Someone Is Carrying. Mental health isn’t always visible. You can be smiling in photos, showing up to events, and still be struggling silently. Check in on your strong friends. Check in on the ones who always say, “I’m fine.” And most of all check in with yourself. This week, let’s hold space for what we can’t always see.
