About Nicole

My Journey

My passion for mental health advocacy began through my own experiences with anxiety and panic attacks. What once felt like my biggest struggle has now become the reason I’m able to connect with and support others. Through my initiative, Minds Matter: C.A.L.M. - Challenge, Accept, Listen, Manage, I work to create conversations around mental health that are honest, encouraging, and action-based. From school workshops to Mental Health Mondays, my goal is to remind others that they are never alone and that healing is possible. As I continue my education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I hope to help children and adolescents feel seen, heard, and supported because no one deserves to struggle in silence.

My Mission

My mission is rooted in reminding others that they are never alone. Through Minds Matter: C.A.L.M. - Challenge, Accept, Listen, Manage — I aim to create meaningful conversations around mental health while providing young people with tools, encouragement, and support. By sharing my own journey and continuing my education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I hope to help children and adolescents feel seen, heard, and empowered to prioritize their mental well-being.
