Miss Louisa County

    Pageant Year
    2026

As Miss Louisa County, I have had the opportunity to expand my mental health initiative, Minds Matter: C.A.L.M. (Challenge, Accept, Listen, Manage), through school workshops, community events, and conversations with students across Virginia. Through my weekly Mental Health Mondays series and outreach efforts, I strive to provide encouragement, practical tools, and safe spaces for honest conversations surrounding mental health.

Throughout my year, I have connected with communities across the Commonwealth through appearances, volunteer work, public speaking engagements, and advocacy efforts focused on helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. From visiting schools and leading classroom activities to participating in local events and outreach opportunities, every experience has reinforced my passion for service and youth mental health advocacy.
Alongside my advocacy work, I am certified in Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid, further strengthening my commitment to mental health education, awareness, and practical support. My experiences as Miss Louisa County have allowed me to combine my passion for counseling, leadership, and community impact while continuing to use my voice to encourage others to prioritize their mental wellbeing.

Whether through a school visit, workshop, community event, or conversation with a student, my goal remains the same: to create meaningful connections, inspire honest conversations surrounding mental health, and remind others that they are never alone.
